Saved 35% vs local suppliers — superb cement quality

BizzHuB and Guangzhou SunBright have transformed how TanzBuild sources construction materials. For our Arusha project we needed 200 tonnes of Portland cement OPC 42.5N. Through BizzHuB we sourced at USD 9.50/bag versus TSH 28,000 locally — a 35% saving. More importantly, the quality was consistently within specification — we tested samples at the University of Arusha lab and all results exceeded the standard. The TBS pre-shipment inspection was arranged smoothly. SunBright provided all documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin) within 24 hours of shipment. Customs clearance at Dar es Salaam was straightforward. Highly recommended for construction materials.

Good quality steel rebar — minor delay in production

This was our second order with SunBright, this time for 50 tonnes of steel rebar Grade 60 for a commercial building in Arusha. The quality of the steel was excellent — mill certificates provided and independently verified. There was a 5-day delay in production due to a surge in orders from their other clients, but SunBright communicated proactively and the delay was manageable. The BizzHuB escrow was held securely throughout, which relieved any anxiety about the delay. Delivery to Dar es Salaam Port was on schedule despite the production delay. Overall very satisfied — the pricing is still 25–30% cheaper than local steel distributors.
