3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

To provide our Services: Account management, facilitating transactions, processing payments through escrow, and enabling communication between Buyers and Vendors.
To verify identity and prevent fraud: KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, supplier verification, and fraud prevention.
To improve our Platform: Analytics, performance monitoring, and user experience improvement.
To communicate with you: Transaction notifications, customer support, newsletters (with your consent), and platform updates.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

With Trading Partners (limited): When a Buyer accepts a quote, we share necessary contact information (email, phone) with the relevant Vendor to facilitate the transaction. We do not share buyer contact details before this point.

With Service Providers: We use third-party providers for payment processing, cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers process data only on our behalf and under strict data processing agreements.

With Legal Authorities: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or regulatory authority (e.g., Tanzania Revenue Authority, FIU).

In Verification: Vendor document information is shared with third-party auditors (SGS, Bureau Veritas) solely for the purpose of factory verification.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:

As a Tanzania-China trade platform, your information may be transferred to and processed in China (for Vendor-related verification) and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure all international transfers comply with applicable data protection laws through appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Children's Privacy

BizzHuB is a B2B platform intended for use by businesses and persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18. If we discover we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
