Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to BizzHuB China Ltd. ("BizzHuB", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BizzHuB China platform, including our website at bizhubchina.co.tz, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, posting an RFQ, listing a product, or completing a transaction on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BizzHuB China Ltd., a company registered under the laws of Tanzania (Registration No. 123456789).

3. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

BizzHuB reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, including where we believe false or misleading information has been provided, or where we detect fraudulent activity.

4. Buyer Terms

As a Buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting RFQs and placing orders
• Make payments only through BizzHuB's secure payment channels, including the Escrow Service
• Inspect goods within 72 hours of receipt and confirm or dispute delivery
• Not circumvent the Platform by engaging in direct transactions with Vendors you discovered on BizzHuB
• Comply with all applicable Tanzania laws regarding importation, customs duties, and business operations
• Not submit false or fraudulent disputes or claims

5. Vendor Terms

As a Vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images
• Fulfill all confirmed orders within the agreed lead time
• Ship goods that exactly match the agreed specifications and quality standards
• Cooperate fully with BizzHuB's verification process, including factory audits and video inspections
• Not solicit Buyers to transact outside the Platform
• Maintain all required business licenses, export permits, and certifications
• Accept BizzHuB's dispute resolution decisions as binding

6. Escrow Payment Service

BizzHuB operates an escrow service to protect Buyers. When a Buyer makes payment, funds are held by BizzHuB and released to the Vendor only upon:

• Buyer's explicit confirmation of satisfactory delivery, or
• Expiry of the inspection period (72 hours after confirmed delivery) without a dispute being filed, or
• BizzHuB's determination in a dispute resolution proceeding in favor of the Vendor

BizzHuB charges a service fee of 2.5% of transaction value for use of the Escrow Service. This fee is non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BizzHuB:

• Listing counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods
• Submitting false reviews, testimonials, or ratings
• Attempting to defraud other users through misrepresentation
• Sharing another user's personal information without consent
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in financial crime
• Attempting to circumvent BizzHuB's fees or payment system
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users

8. Intellectual Property

BizzHuB China Ltd. retains all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its design, software, logos, and content. Vendors retain ownership of product descriptions, images, and content they upload, but grant BizzHuB a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote such content on the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BizzHuB provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we verify suppliers to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee that all products will meet your expectations. Our Buyer Protection Policy and Escrow Service provide financial protection, but we cannot guarantee the quality of any specific product.

10. Limitation of Liability

BizzHuB's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the transaction value of the specific order that gave rise to the claim, or US$10,000, whichever is less. BizzHuB shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from a Transaction on BizzHuB must first be submitted to BizzHuB's internal dispute resolution process (see our Trust & Safety page). If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be submitted to arbitration under the Tanzania Arbitration Act. The arbitration shall be conducted in Dar es Salaam, in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

12. Termination

BizzHuB may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations (including pending escrow funds) will be resolved according to these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Tanzania.
