Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BusinessHub (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
2. Accounts and roles
- Buyers can browse items and submit inquiries to sellers/vendors.
- Sellers/Vendors can list items and respond to inquiries (subject to approval and compliance requirements).
- Admins manage platform operations, moderation, and enforcement.
3. Seller subscription fee
All sellers are required to pay TZS 10,000 per month in order to have access to the seller dashboard and continue listing items on the platform.
- Billing cycle: monthly.
- Non-payment: we may suspend or restrict seller dashboard access and/or hide listings until payment is made.
- Changes: we may change pricing with notice posted on the Service.
4. Listings and content
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings (descriptions, photos, availability, and any other details). You must not post illegal, misleading, or infringing content, or content that violates any applicable laws or third-party rights.
5. Prohibited activities
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Posting malware, spam, or abusive content.
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, remove, or restrict content and accounts at any time to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users. Admins may remove seller items from the dashboard/marketplace if they violate policies or platform requirements.

You can contact us via the Support page. We may send you service-related messages, including security and administrative notices.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusinessHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
